📦 Shipping & Delivery Times

Because your gear is often shipped directly from our international partners to your doorstep, shipping times may vary.

We believe in total transparency. Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that tracking numbers may take 3–5 days to become active in the carrier's system as the package moves through international sorting hubs.

While we do our best to ensure a smooth delivery process, please be aware that because items are shipped from international warehouses, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival in Canada. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
